Except as expressly set forth in these Minuteman Press Terms, or as otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by Minuteman Press in its sole discretion, all orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact Minuteman Press as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before the applicable order has entered processing (e.g., printing, packing, or shipping). However, acceptance of any cancellation request is at the sole discretion of Minuteman Press.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is defective. Any claims for defective products must be submitted within five (5) days of receipt of the order. Claims made after this period may not be honored
